The Company first ventured into food processing in 2012 and commenced exporting 5 years later in 2017. Currently, 5 product lines are manufactured in the Company’s state-of-the-art production facility which was commissioned in 2021.
Our processed food products can be supplied either with our label or the customer’s own label (subject to minimum order quantities).
PULP AND JUICE
One of the main products offered by the Company is TJC Mango pulp which is available in various formats including Tin Cans (400mL & 3 Liter), Glass Jars (370mL, 550mL & 1 Liter) and Pouches (4 Liter LDPE pouch & 5 liter aseptic bag). Our TJC mango pulp is popular with both consumers and manufacturers of ice-creams and yogurts. Other pulps such as pineapple, passion fruit, papaya and sour-sop is also available in the same formats.
A selection of pure and blended ready to drink fruit juices such as TJC mango and king coconut or pineapple and king coconut juice have been recently added to our product portfolio.
FRUIT IN CANS AND JARS
Canned products are offered in either 400mL or 3L tin cans. Jars are typically 350mL, 550mL and 1L.
All the ingredients in our canned or jar products are produced on the tropical island of Sri Lanka, renowned for its natural beauty and abundance of delicious fruits. Cultivated on farms free of agro-chemicals, handpicked and sun ripened, the fruits that go in to our products are simply the best!

DRIED FRUITS
Organic and conventional dehydrated TJC Mango is the flagship product in our dried fruit product range. Dried TJC mango is a delicious, healthy and wholesome snack full of aroma, taste and nutrition. Dried TJC Mango is made from farm fresh TJC mango and is 100% natural and does not contain any added sugar or preservatives, colours or flavours. Our Dried TJC Mango is packed with goodness and offers a taste beyond compare.
Additionally, dried pineapple tidbits, sweet jackfruit slices, banana coins and coconut smiles are available in both conventional and organic formats packed either in bulk, stand-up pouches or other customized packaging.
JAM, CHUTNEY AND PASTES
TJC Mango Jam and Chutney, is the most unique Jam and Chutney available in Sri Lanka. It is unique because it is the only Jam and Chutney made from a single variety of mango. It is also unique because it is made from fresh mangoes grown and cooked on the same premises. TJC Mango Jam and TJC Mango Chutney is as close to home-made as you can buy!
Cooked to a traditional recipe at our modern food processing factory located at Rajarata Farm in Galkiriyagama, Dambulla. The main ingredient TJC mango, is also grown at Rajarata Farm, ensuring the freshness and quality of the fruit that goes into the product. In addition to Jam and Chutney, the Company has introduced a range of 7 organic curry pastes that are favourites in traditional Sri Lankan cuisine (Ceylon Red Curry Paste, Ceylon Yellow Curry Paste and Ceylon Black Curry Paste) and Thai cuisine (Thai Red Curry Paste, Thai Green Curry Paste, Thai Yellow Curry Paste and Tom Yum Soup Paste).
